By definition a "Board of Directors" is a group of people who oversee the affairs of a corporation.

The "Board" of a not-for-profit organization are volunteers. They receive no monetary compensation and donate their own time and efforts to help achieve the organization's goals. They are advisors, supporters and doers! We are fortunate to have eleven individuals who collectively represent our Foundation's Board.
